The United States Attorney’s Office will be hosting a training on the Financial Litigation Program (FLP) on August 26, 2025. The training will include a discussion on what the FLP is and why the FLP is important in the collection efforts for crime victims. The training will also dive into the importance of pre-judgment and post-judgment enforcement, discuss FLP successes, and how to improve collection efforts in the future.
This course provides students with an introduction to the following basic cellular analysis and geospatial mapping concepts: mapping cell-site and crime data for the purposes of tracking criminal activity, cultivating informants, and developing domain awareness. Students will learn how to analyze Call Detail Records (CDR) in support of Law Enforcement investigations and produce geospatial products illustrating the range and approximate coverage areas of cell towers.
